Meet the Authors and Illustrators: John Marsden: Wielding words and adventurous thinking
On Sunday 23rd March, at the Children’s Book Festival 2014, find your way past the Sticky Maze and beyond the lawns of the State Library (where there’ll be characters springing to life from the pages of famous books). Weave through the crowd at the musical outdoor stage and make a beeline for Experimedia (inside the Library) to meet some of your children’s book heroes.
You’ll hear all about their books with our Meet the Authors and Illustrators series. In this session, John Marsden will discuss wielding words and adventurous thinking.
All events are free, but we’re taking bookings for sessions featuring Terry Denton, Jackie French, Andy Griffiths and John Marsden.
Get in quick – these sessions will book out. If you miss out, though, don’t worry; you can still bring your book along to be signed by your favourite author.
