The Next Chapter: 2021 Lunchtime Q&A
Creating new artistic work takes bravery, creativity, and talent; but it also takes time, space, and financial freedom. However diverse their circumstances, all emerging writers and artists share one common need: support. With that in mind, we created The Next Chapter – a unique scheme for writers, offering creative guidance and practical support in spades.
Entries for this year’s scheme are open until Friday 6 August, 2021. Have you got burning questions about the application process, your eligibility, or the required writing sample? Or are you planning to nominate an emerging writer and wondering how to go about it?
In this live lunchtime Q&A, the Wheeler Centre’s Sophie Black and Veronica Sullivan will answer your questions and share advice for writers planning to submit to the scheme. Submit a question here in the lead-up, or via the live chat on YouTube during the event.
Take your story to The Next Chapter. Find out more here.
